WHEN WILL YOU ADD NEW DESIGNS?

We usually post on the 1st and/or 15th of the month with main collections, and add in some fun surprises in between. Follow us on Instagram (@nerdmountainshop) for all future collection information, and any sneak peeks. 

WHY DON'T I SEE MY FAVORITE RIDE/CHARACTER/MOVIE ON YOUR DESIGNS?

We are always adding new designs to our products. If you have any suggestions of characters or things you'd like to see, shoot us a message (Contact Us) so we know of the interest in the design! 

HOW DO YOUR TEES FIT?

Each one of the products has a size chart in the description. Contact Us for any further inquiries

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We offer a discount on orders of 10+ shirts. Contact us for your special code!

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE MY SHIRT/BUTTON OR MAKE ME A FAMILY GROUP SET?

We would love to be a part of your family vacation and are more than happy to make sets and customize them with your group name, for an additional charge. We have about a 30 day lead time for customized group shirts & buttons, so please contact us for all information regarding your group order. The group discount will apply if your order contains 10+ shirts.  

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN/ORDER?

We love creating as designs as often as possible, but we do request a 30-60 day lead time for the design process. Some times of the year are very busy with our standard collections, but we would love to work with you on your designs! Shoot us an email to see what we can do!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship out in 3-5 business days from date of purchase. This does not include shipping time. Please see the home page for any potential shop closures or shipping delays. 

CAN YOU COMBINE MY SEPARATE ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately due to the process of production, we cannot combine orders once they have been placed, and they will be shipped separately. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our shop items and production, we are unable to cancel or alter orders once they have been placed. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Returns and exchanges are considered on a case by case basis, due to the process with our printing fulfillment service. Please contact us with any concerns or requests to be considered. All return requests must be completed within 30 days of receiving the product.
